Welcome to tg99 (https://tg99.run). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of all services on the tg99 platform. By creating an account or using any of our services, you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms.

Tg99's Terms & Conditions apply equally to all users — from new members to long-standing players. These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh.

1.1 Eligibility Criteria

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You must be a legal resident of Bangladesh.
• Registration is not permitted if your name appears on tg99's banned users list.
• Each individual may register only one account.
• You are required to register using accurate and truthful information.

1.2 Changes to Terms

Tg99 reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice. Continued use of tg99 after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new Terms. We recommend visiting this page regularly to stay informed.

To create an account on tg99, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false details will result in permanent account closure, and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.1 Information Required at Registration

• Full Name (as per National ID)
• Active mobile number (linked to Mobile Pay/Nagad)
• Date of Birth (for age verification)
• Email address (optional but recommended)
• A strong password

2.2 KYC Verification

As part of its KYC (Know Your Customer) process, tg99 may verify your identity at any time. You may be required to submit a copy of your National ID or passport. tg99 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until KYC verification is complete.

2.3 Account Security

• Keep your password and login credentials strictly confidential.
• Do not allow anyone else to access or use your account.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact tg99 Support immediately.
• Using another person's account is strictly prohibited.

All deposits and withdrawals on tg99 are handled exclusively through Bangladeshi payment methods. Full details of our payment policy are outlined below.

3.1 Deposit Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (five hundred BDT)
• Maximum single deposit: ৳50,000 (fifty thousand BDT)
• Maximum daily deposit: ৳1,00,000 (One Lakh BDT)
• Accepted payment methods: Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket

3.2 Withdrawal Policy

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 (one thousand BDT)
• Withdrawal processing time: 1–24 business hours
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the registered payment number on file.
• Maximum withdrawal per week: ৳2,00,000

3.3 Transaction Verification

Tg99 reserves the right to verify any deposit or withdrawal request. Additional verification may be required for suspicious transactions. If money laundering or fraud is suspected, tg99 reserves the right to report the matter to the relevant authorities.

Please read all rules in this section carefully before betting on tg99. tg99 will not be held responsible for any voided bets or losses resulting from unfamiliarity with the betting rules and terms.

4.1 Bet Acceptance Conditions

• Your account must have sufficient balance at the time of placing a bet.
• Once confirmed, bets cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Tg99 reserves the right to decline any bet.
• Separate live betting rules apply once a match has started.

4.2 Bet Cancellation Scenarios

• If a match is cancelled or suspended, the bet will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, tg99 reserves the right to cancel the affected bet.
• Any bet found to be associated with match-fixing or irregularities will be voided.

4.3 Maximum Winnings Limit

Tg99 sets a maximum win limit per single bet. For Sports Betting, the maximum winnable amount from a single bet is ৳10,00,000 (ten lakh BDT). Any amount exceeding this will be adjusted automatically.

Bonuses and promotional offers at tg99 are provided under specific terms and conditions. We have a strict policy in place to prevent bonus abuse.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a percentage-based bonus on their first deposit.
• To use the welcome bonus, the minimum wagering requirement must be met.
• Each member is entitled to the welcome bonus once only.

5.2 Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Winnings from bonus bets are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days. Any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period.
• Terms for promotional offers are published separately.

Tg99's lottery section operates on a fully fair and transparent RNG (Random Number Generator) system, with every draw independently verified by third-party auditors.

6.1 Lottery Participation Rules

• An active tg99 account is required to participate in the lottery.
• The price of each lottery ticket is set individually.
• A single member may purchase a maximum of 100 tickets per draw.
• Lottery results are final and cannot be changed.

6.2 Prize Distribution

• Prizes will be credited automatically to the winning member's account.
• Identity verification is mandatory for large prize claims.
• Prize claims must be submitted within 90 days of the result announcement.
• Any applicable taxes and other legal obligations are the sole responsibility of the winner.

The following activities are strictly prohibited at tg99. Any violation of these Terms and Conditions will result in permanent account closure.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Registering with a false identity or fabricated information.
• Attempting bonus arbitrage or exploiting system vulnerabilities.
• Depositing through money laundering or illegal funds.
• Unauthorized access or attempted intrusion into tg99's software or systems.
• Threatening, harassing, or defrauding other members.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Participating in match fixing or any other illegal activity.

Tg99 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account under specific circumstances.

8.1 Grounds for Account Closure

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or submission of false information.
• If suspicious financial activity is detected on your account.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).
• At the member's own request.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

If you feel your gaming habits are becoming difficult to control, contact our support team to activate self-exclusion. Self-exclusion periods can be set anywhere from 30 days to permanent.

Tg99 is committed to delivering the highest quality service, though certain limitations on our liability apply.

• Tg99 is not responsible for bets lost due to internet connection disruptions.
• Tg99 is not liable for issues arising from third-party payment systems.
• No compensation will be provided for temporary service interruptions caused by technical issues.
• Tg99's liability for any direct or indirect losses will not exceed the amount of the original deposit.

In the event of any dispute between tg99 and a member, we will first seek to resolve it through friendly discussion.

10.1 Dispute Submission Process

• First, submit your complaint to tg99 support via email or live chat.
• We will provide an initial response within 72 hours of receiving a complaint.
• Complex issues may take up to 14 business days to resolve.
• Third-party mediation may be pursued with the mutual consent of both parties.
